The Joppa Plan

As you know, last year we helped many attend Sukkot who would not have otherwise been able to attend. With your help, we shared over $12,000. The lives of many adults and teens were changed forever because of the opportunity to attend this very important feast.

Just yesterday, I received a phone call from a mid-country city that has been devastated by both the recession and by the exportation of jobs. He and his wife, both jobless, are new in the Hebrew roots understanding and feel compelled to come to Sukkot. He asked about the Joppa Plan.

Please help us help people like this. Their experience is shared by many. If each registrant with a job would even donate $10 or $20, that would certainly be a start. I pray that all those whose eyes peruse these words will be moved by the same Spirit that moved Dorcas at Joppa, who was “always doing good and helping the poor (jobless included).” Thank you.
